After recent attack we learned about PBE has not been updated
@RiotBrightmoon:
“We will still have content going to PBE but I can’t say exactly when yet and which skins will be included, we’re focused on 13.1b release and will update you all on PBE as soon as possible”
Meaning that datamines of Patch 13.3 wil be delayed!
